Strategy is a particular plan or approach to achieve a goal.Strategies are choices and their outcomes.You plan and organize something to do something,your plan and organization of how to do,when to do things are your strategy.

Plan is a procedure or a method to achieve an outcome.Plan is often used to move from one circumstance to another to achieve a goal.

Control can be defined as manipulation or authorization of a group or a system.This means you control something you manage something.Another meaning of control is to check a situation or a system.This means you control something you verify it is working right.
